Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own the GTM enablement roadmap aligned with revenue strategy and growth priorities
- Lead new-hire onboarding and develop ongoing training for sales and GTM roles
- Define and track enablement effectiveness using revenue-aligned metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM Program Management
- Proven experience in building scalable sales readiness programs in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and complex deal cycles
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Hands-on experience with enablement and CRM tools
