Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the GTM enablement roadmap aligned with revenue strategy and growth priorities
  • Lead new-hire onboarding and develop ongoing training for sales and GTM roles
  • Define and track enablement effectiveness using revenue-aligned metrics


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM Program Management
  • Proven experience in building scalable sales readiness programs in B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motions and complex deal cycles
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Hands-on experience with enablement and CRM tools
