GTM Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of go-to-market initiatives, the remote GTM Senior Program Manager will coordinate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure rapid delivery of new capabilities while building operational systems for scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of strategic GTM initiatives
• Drive launch planning for new AI and robotics products
• Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers before they impact delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Program Management, GTM Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy
• Experience launching enterprise software, AI, robotics, or technical products
• Proven ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives
• Strong executive communication skills
• May be expected to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance
