GTM Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the GTM transformation efforts, the full-time remote GTM Strategic Program Manager will manage program plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and oversee change management and enablement initiatives across various departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the master program plan, tracking dependencies and risks across multiple workstreams
• Develop and implement a change management framework to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment and execution of decisions across teams

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Demonstrated experience in leading change management for technology deployments or organizational redesigns
• Proven ability to drive alignment and decision-making across teams with competing priorities
• Strong understanding of B2B revenue organizations and the interaction between sales, marketing, customer success, and RevOps
• Experience in writing executive summaries and presenting program status to senior leadership
