Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM and Pipeline Programs Manager to drive pipeline creation and bookings through various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and BDR leaders to create field-ready activation plans that drive awareness and qualified pipeline
- Lead planning and execution for field events and webinars, ensuring strong engagement with target accounts
- Track and report on field marketing performance, providing insights for program optimization
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand generation, or revenue-focused GTM roles
- Experience partnering with Sales teams to drive territory-level pipeline
- Proven ability to execute complex field events and multi-touch programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems such as Salesforce and webinar platforms
