Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM and Pipeline Programs Manager to drive pipeline creation and bookings through various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and BDR leaders to create field-ready activation plans that drive awareness and qualified pipeline
  • Lead planning and execution for field events and webinars, ensuring strong engagement with target accounts
  • Track and report on field marketing performance, providing insights for program optimization
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand generation, or revenue-focused GTM roles
  • Experience partnering with Sales teams to drive territory-level pipeline
  • Proven ability to execute complex field events and multi-touch programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems such as Salesforce and webinar platforms
