Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles across North America
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates while managing the full interview process
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience focused on GTM and sales roles in a startup environment
• Proven hands-on sourcing experience with a proactive approach
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced, growing startups
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms
• High ownership and strong organizational skills
