A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter (US).

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across various commercial functions
• Act as a strategic talent partner to business leaders and hiring managers, advising on market trends and hiring strategies
• Build and manage talent pipelines for immediate and long-term GTM scaling

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on GTM roles in high-growth tech or IT companies
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise tech markets
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
• Proven ability to own and scale a function or business unit
• Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
