Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter to manage hiring across various functions in EMEA and the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across GTM functions in EMEA and the US
• Partner with Sales and Customer leaders to define hiring plans aligned to revenue targets
• Proactively source senior commercial talent in competitive markets

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, focusing on GTM recruitment
• Experience hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Solutions roles
• Proven success recruiting in SaaS/technology environments
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple regions (EMEA and US preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with VP/C-level leaders
