Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including AEs, Sales Engineers, CSMs, AMs, and RevOps
• Building and nurturing a high-quality pipeline through sourcing, outbound engagement, network building, and referrals
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline interview processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting GTM roles in B2B SaaS
• Strong preference for CX industry experience or knowledge of CX technologies
• Success operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environments
• Proven ability to source and close passive, competitive talent
• Comfort operating independently as a 1099 contractor with full ownership of outcomes
