Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market and business roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high talent standards and continuously improve the hiring process
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of recruiting experience, with 2 years in non-technical roles at high-growth startups
  • Proven track record in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for GTM or business roles
  • Resourceful and able to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Experience in role scoping and providing feedback on hiring needs
  • Experience with Ashby (ATS) is a plus
