GTM Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter (US/Canada).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM and other departmental roles
• Act as a talent advisor to business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies
• Source and engage a diverse pool of candidates to meet hiring goals

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of recruiting experience, with 5 years in a scaling start-up environment
• Proven success as a GTM recruiter and experience in hiring for other departments
• Experience with recruiting operations, including building processes and playbooks
• Experience working on a globally distributed team
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms, preferably Ashby
