Job Summary

To support a growing team, the contract GTM Recruiter will drive full lifecycle recruitment for high-impact G&A roles, partnering with hiring managers to create effective hiring plans and ensuring a standout candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for external candidates, focusing on strategic hiring for G&A roles
• Build thoughtful hiring plans in collaboration with hiring managers, utilizing talent insights and market trends
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and represent the company at industry events as a brand ambassador

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within Go-To-Market or Sales
• Working knowledge of technical concepts, including programming languages and system architecture
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced tech environments
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse, to drive data-informed decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on building diverse teams
