Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, the full-time GTM Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, and offer negotiations while ensuring a thoughtful candidate experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Marketing roles
• Partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements and develop structured interview processes
• Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines through sourcing and community engagement

Required qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Familiarity with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for recruitment processes
• Demonstrated ability to track and report on recruiting metrics
• Experience working in a startup environment, ideally at a Series A-C company
