Job Summary
Owning the full-cycle recruiting process, the full-time remote GTM Recruiter will proactively source candidates, build pipelines, and partner with GTM leaders to ensure efficient hiring for revenue-generating roles.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for the revenue organization, from sourcing to closing candidates
- Proactively build candidate lists and reach out to potential hires, converting them into applicants
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to define ideal candidate profiles and maintain a swift hiring process
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting at a high-growth technology company or rapidly scaling start-up
- Proven GTM recruiting experience with the ability to identify quality hires
- Strong sourcing skills, utilizing tools like Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach
- Experience using AI tools regularly to enhance recruiting efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
