Job Summary
To support a growing go-to-market function, the full-time GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Resident Engineering teams, focusing on building strong candidate pipelines and partnerships in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for various GTM roles, including Account Executives and Customer Success positions
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to define role requirements and develop innovative hiring strategies
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in GTM/Sales roles
- Genuine understanding of GTM talent and sales culture
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
- Superior organizational skills to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for candidate experience and commitment to quality of hire
