Job Summary

To build a talent acquisition function from the ground up, the full-time remote GTM Recruiter will execute recruiting strategies across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership roles while partnering with Founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and improve the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute recruiting strategies across various roles and departments
• Source, engage, and close exceptional candidates using creative sourcing strategies
• Own full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing to closing candidates

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth start-ups
• Deep sourcing expertise with a track record of attracting talent through creative methods
• Experience building recruiting functions from the ground up
• Analytical skills to identify profitable talent sources and manage against KPIs
• Practical and high-speed recruitment approach
