Job Summary
To support the continued growth of a North American Go-To-Market organization, the freelance GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for complex roles, partner with Sales leaders to define hiring strategies, and build proactive sourcing strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex GTM roles, including Account Executives and Solutions/Pre-Sales Engineers
- Partner with Sales leaders to define talent strategies and hiring plans
- Leverage recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and optimize funnel performance
Required qualifications
- Experience recruiting Sales/GTM talent within a SaaS, technology, or enterprise organization
- Proven success hiring quota-carrying roles, including Account Executives and Sales Engineers
- Strong ability to influence and advise senior-level stakeholders
- Experience managing compensation conversations, including OTE structures and equity considerations
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruiting analytics and funnel insights
