Job Summary

To support the continued growth of a North American Go-To-Market organization, the freelance GTM Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for complex roles, partner with Sales leaders to define hiring strategies, and build proactive sourcing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for complex GTM roles, including Account Executives and Solutions/Pre-Sales Engineers
  • Partner with Sales leaders to define talent strategies and hiring plans
  • Leverage recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and optimize funnel performance
Required qualifications
  • Experience recruiting Sales/GTM talent within a SaaS, technology, or enterprise organization
  • Proven success hiring quota-carrying roles, including Account Executives and Sales Engineers
  • Strong ability to influence and advise senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing compensation conversations, including OTE structures and equity considerations
  • Data-driven approach with experience using recruiting analytics and funnel insights
