Excited to join a foundational recruiting team, the full-time GTM Recruiter will define hiring needs, source and prescreen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on sales and technical sales roles
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers
• Experience in a high-growth environment
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting
