GTM Recruiter
Job Summary
Owning full-cycle talent acquisition for Go-to-Market and Operations teams, the remote GTM Recruiter will partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and manage the candidate experience while maintaining a high hiring standard.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer close for GTM and Operations roles
- Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to establish role requirements and maintain hiring standards
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent proactively
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
- Proven success in hiring for GTM and/or Operations roles
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience using an ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
