• Drive proactive sourcing and manage candidate experience throughout the interview process

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a high-growth tech startup
• Proven experience recruiting technical and non-technical roles in a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with recruiting in US, Canada, LATAM, and EU markets
• Strong understanding of recruiting for fast-paced environments
• A passion for data-driven recruiting and experience with ATS and reporting tools
