Job Summary
GTM Recruiting Manager, this full-time role involves leading a team of recruiters to scale hiring for Provider Partnerships Managers in a high-volume environment while partnering with leadership on talent strategy and improving recruiting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting for national field sales roles
- Directly manage and develop a team of recruiters, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Partner with GTM and executive leadership to align on hiring plans and talent strategy
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6+ years of recruiting experience
- Minimum of 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Proven success in leading high-volume recruiting teams, particularly in high-growth startups
- Strong analytical and operational instincts with experience using data for decision-making
- Competitive, outcomes-driven mindset with creativity in identifying and closing top talent
