Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced GTM Revenue Operations Process Manager, this full-time remote position will design, scale, and optimize end-to-end processes that support the go-to-market engine across Sales, SDR, and Marketing, driving operational rigor throughout the revenue lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction and improve revenue-generating potential for Sales and SDR teams
  • Design and enhance core GTM processes related to lead management, qualification, and pipeline progression workflows
  • Document current and future-state workflows, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes and stakeholder input
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to design and improve cross-functional business processes across the go-to-market lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce and Outreach
  • Demonstrated capability to convert ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and executable plans
  • Experience in stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority in matrixed organizations
