GTM Sourcer

Job Summary

To support talent acquisition efforts, the remote GTM Sourcer will build talent maps, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring teams to identify ideal candidates in the EMEA tech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Build comprehensive talent maps and competitive intelligence on key companies and talent pools within the EMEA tech ecosystem
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative channels to identify hard-to-find talent
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market dynamics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting research, or a related talent acquisition function
• Demonstrated experience sourcing for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships) in the technology industry
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative sourcing platforms
• Knowledge of the EMEA tech landscape, including key companies, talent hubs, and market nuances across regions
