Job Summary
To support a growing sales organization, the full-time GTM Sourcing Recruiter will strategically source elite talent, partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements, and conduct thorough candidate assessments, all while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture a pipeline of top talent through targeted headhunting campaigns
- Partner with GTM leadership to define role specifications and provide market data insights
- Conduct deep-dive competency interviews to assess candidates' deal mechanics and overall fit
Required qualifications
- Experience in GTM sourcing, particularly in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Fluency in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies and understanding of sales processes
