GTM & Strategic Finance Associate

Job Summary

To accelerate decision-making across revenue and finance organizations, the full-time remote GTM & Strategic Finance Associate will analyze performance metrics, build financial models, and generate actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build a holistic view of revenue flow, analyzing key performance indicators and financial outcomes
• Develop and maintain operational models and support executive reporting, ensuring visibility into performance
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions and evaluate GTM investments

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, finance, revops, analytics, or a related role (SaaS preferred)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced modeling and data interpretation capabilities
• Experience with CRM/reporting systems, BI tools, and SQL is a plus
• Finance awareness with a foundational understanding of financial statements and SaaS economics
• Curious and resourceful, comfortable in fast-moving environments
