GTM Strategic Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing go-to-market organization, the full-time remote GTM Strategic Finance Manager will manage financial models, performance insights, and decision support across various teams, influencing business strategy and investment efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own the GTM finance operating model, including planning, forecasting, and business reviews across multiple functions
- Conduct full-funnel pipeline and marketing ROI analyses to connect demand generation with key business outcomes
- Analyze customer economics and contribution margins, providing insights on retention, churn, and expansion potential
Required qualifications
- Degree in Finance and/or Data Science or equivalent experience; 7-10 years in GTM Strategic Finance and/or Business Operations
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies with advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
- Proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau)
- Ability to create financial and operational models with an understanding of Enterprise SaaS metrics
- Experience with exit transactions and liquidity events such as IPO, M&A, or private fundraising is a plus
