Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and operationalize scoring models to improve targeting and conversion
  • Optimize lead flow and account assignment to enhance speed-to-lead and rep efficiency
  • Drive cross-functional GTM strategy by collaborating with Sales, Marketing Ops, and RevOps
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM analytics, marketing operations, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as they apply to marketing and sales analytics
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and a passion for continuous improvement
