GTM Strategy and Planning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to lead cross-functional programs enhancing operational maturity across GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Program Manager for strategic GTM initiatives, collaborating with post-sales teams
• Translate executive vision into actionable program plans, including business requirements and milestones
• Drive execution of cross-functional projects, addressing tooling and process gaps to support business growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience with complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives
• Proven ability to translate executive vision into clear business requirement documents and program plans
• Experience managing large, ambiguous projects requiring critical thinking and tactical execution
• Deep understanding of GTM motions and familiarity with the customer post-sales lifecycle
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, and Salesforce; experience with Customer Success Platforms is a plus
