Job Summary
As the first GTM Strategy Associate for a new AI product, this full-time remote position will define the go-to-market strategy, lead customer discovery, and improve product activation and adoption for beauty and wellness businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Define the GTM strategy by identifying customer segments, use cases, and refining messaging through insights
- Lead customer discovery efforts, partnering with salon and spa owners to understand their needs and enhance the product's value
- Build scalable GTM systems and processes for onboarding, education, and customer feedback to improve engagement and adoption
Required qualifications
- Experience in consulting, product strategy, customer success, or related fields
- Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Excellent customer presence and the ability to build trust and drive conversations
- Sound product judgment with a focus on user experience and engagement
- Genuine interest in AI and its application in improving business workflows
