GTM Strategy Lead

Job Summary

To drive effective scaling of the GTM organization, the full-time GTM Operating Model & Strategy Lead will define and evolve the operating framework, orchestrate strategic planning, and ensure alignment across various stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual planning and establish prioritization frameworks for GTM initiatives and investments
• Define future-state GTM operating models and recommend structural improvements for organizational effectiveness
• Establish governance forums and drive cross-functional decision-making mechanisms

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, RevOps, Consulting, GTM Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness
• 5+ years leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with annual planning, workforce planning, or organizational design
• Ability to influence VP-level stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills
