Job Summary
To drive scalable lead generation strategies and optimize sales processes, the full-time GTM Strategy Lead will manage core demand generation channels, identify new opportunities, and collaborate closely with leadership in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with company leadership and the GTM organization to drive scalable lead generation strategies and optimize sales processes for repeatability
- Manage digital demand generation channels including organic search, paid media, and content to achieve predictable, profitable lead generation
- Identify and create new demand generation channels such as partnerships and influencer marketing to enhance lead generation efforts
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of excellence in a GTM/demand generation startup role or relevant operationally rigorous experience
- Deep understanding of B2B GTM processes, lead generation mechanisms, and key performance metrics
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence customer leadership
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other customer analytics software
