GTM Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to drive market expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end GTM transformation programs aligned with business objectives
• Design and implement frameworks for alignment and engagement between GTM teams and stakeholders
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute cohesive go-to-market strategies
• Identify and lead the implementation of scalable processes to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or strategic project management
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience in translating complex data into strategic insights; proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen in a fast-paced environment
