Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst, GTM Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and refine the sales funnel and operational metric tracking process to ensure maximum efficiency
• Design and optimize reporting structures to provide clear insights on business health to leadership
• Deliver strategic analysis and actionable business strategies based on complex data insights

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales/Business Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Intelligence, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting
• Strong Excel modeling skills and experience with SQL for data extraction and synthesis
• Proven ability to translate complex problems into actionable strategies using data
• Desire to learn and identify opportunities for process improvement in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder influence
