GTM Strategy Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own GTM operations for a business unit, including territory design and sales metrics
• Act as a strategic thought partner for sales leadership, solving complex problems and framing decisions
• Drive GTM cadence and accountability by managing pipeline reviews and leadership syncs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or a similar high-performance environment
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and SQL
• Deep understanding of go-to-market motions and SaaS business models
• Experience with GTM systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari
• A proven operator with experience managing large, ambiguous projects
