Job Summary

A company is looking for a Go to Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations Manager to drive revenue readiness for new products and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage end-to-end commercialization plans for new products and major feature releases
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across various teams to drive timelines and maintain accountability
  • Track early performance of new launches and support post-launch reviews for continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, Product Marketing, or related GTM roles in B2B SaaS
  • Experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional initiatives such as product launches or strategic projects
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Ability to work across teams and drive alignment in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to track performance and inform decisions
