Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own significant cross-functional initiatives from strategic identification to outcome delivery
• Run the operating cadence, ensuring data-backed meetings and accountability
• Diagnose the GTM motion by analyzing business data and identifying opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or Commercial Leadership
• Proven track record of driving initiatives to completion across multiple teams
• Understanding of healthy GTM metrics, including pipeline generation and seller productivity
• Experience running or contributing to WBRs, MBRs, or QBRs
• Daily use of AI tools to improve work efficiency and processes
