GTM System Builder
Job Summary
Owning the full lifecycle of automation and AI-tooling initiatives within the GTM stack, the full-time GTM System Builder will scope, build, ship, and manage production systems that enhance operational efficiency and drive annual recurring revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Lead automation and AI-tooling projects from scoping to production, focusing on measurable adoption and KPI improvements
- Design and implement AI-powered pipelines to eliminate manual GTM tasks, including deal enrichment and CPQ automation
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational health of live systems, responding to incidents and maintaining data integrity
Required qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience delivering production software in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
- Proven end-to-end ownership of projects with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
- Experience shipping AI-powered solutions in operational contexts, such as enrichment and automation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM APIs, including workflows and data integrations
- Ability to translate operational challenges into technical requirements and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
