GTM Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to operate, optimize, and scale systems supporting their Go-To-Market organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize core GTM systems, including Salesforce and marketing automation tools
• Manage system configuration, change management, and release processes to ensure reliability
• Establish data governance and best practices across GTM tools while analyzing processes for efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Business Systems in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
• Experience with third-party integrations and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
