GTM Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to support and scale systems that drive revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve top-of-funnel systems for lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and routing
• Build and maintain enrichment workflows using various data providers to enhance pipeline
• Ensure data consistency and reliability across Salesforce and marketing automation tools

Required Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, Growth Ops, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with Clay and at least one major enrichment/data provider
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including data modeling and reporting
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot
• Familiarity with routing platforms and strong systems thinking
