GTM Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support the efficiency of the Revenue Operations team, the full-time GTM Systems Analyst will manage day-to-day issues within the GTM tech stack, drive systems projects from intake to launch, and ensure data quality while working remotely from Pakistan, Egypt, or the Philippines during EST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and resolve systems issues across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, including deal process questions and user access
• Identify recurring ticket patterns, determine root causes, and implement durable fixes to improve GTM team efficiency
• Independently manage small-to-medium GTM systems projects, gathering requirements and driving adoption

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM technology role, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including Flows, validation rules, and data imports
• Experience troubleshooting integrations and sync issues across connected GTM tools
• Strong instincts for data quality management and maintaining Salesforce as a trusted source of truth
• Exposure to workflow automation tools or a genuine interest in applying AI to GTM operations is a plus
