GTM Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the daily maintenance and configuration of interconnected systems, the full-time GTM Systems Analyst will ensure the health of core GTM platforms, manage data flows, and enforce data governance practices while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage configuration, user permissions, and workflow automation across CRM systems to reflect team operations
- Maintain clean data flows and integration between GTM tools, ensuring reliable signal transmission
- Enforce data quality standards and collaborate with teams to build a credible infrastructure for revenue reporting
Required qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in CRM administration with Salesforce or HubSpot certification preferred
- Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools
- 2-4 years in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops systems role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing data discrepancies and presenting findings
- Instinctive troubleshooting ability with a proactive approach to problem-solving
