Job Summary

Owning and improving the operating layer behind revenue generation, the full-time GTM Systems Automation Lead will manage day-to-day operations across various GTM tools, triage system requests, and enhance workflows while transitioning to AI-powered automation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of GTM systems including Salesforce and marketing automation tools
  • Triage incoming requests to identify automation opportunities and process gaps
  • Document workflows and system processes to ensure reliability and integration of GTM systems
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or a related technical operations role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems like Marketo or Salesloft
  • Experience debugging integrations and managing workflow automation
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and technical documentation
  • Strong process design and documentation skills
