GTM Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain workflows across GTM systems, implementing scalable automations
• Create AI-powered automations and tools to support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and lead projects from design to deployment

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps engineering, systems engineering, or similar technical roles
• Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
• Hands-on experience with automation/integration platforms like Workato or Zapier
• Solid API skills and understanding of GTM processes
• Experience with SQL or basic scripting
