GTM Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical foundation of the Salesforce platform architecture, standards, and developer tooling
• Lead complex implementations across GTM systems, including CPQ and lead-to-cash processes
• Set and enforce engineering standards, mentor junior engineers, and promote AI-forward automation

Required Qualifications

• Software engineering background with hands-on experience in Salesforce development
• Experience owning complex Salesforce environments and implementing CPQ end-to-end
• Familiarity with developer tooling, CI/CD, and maintaining a multi-contributor Salesforce organization
• Experience in fast-paced, pre-IPO environments with a focus on growth
• Proficiency in a general-purpose programming language and strong SQL skills
