GTM Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the infrastructure for GTM systems, the full-time GTM Systems Engineer will manage Salesforce and HubSpot as engineering systems, ensuring reliable data flow and integrations across the GTM stack while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own Salesforce and HubSpot, managing data models, custom objects, and ensuring accurate lead and engagement signal flow
• Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack, ensuring data accuracy and observability for critical systems
• Implement change management practices to maintain system integrity and partner with Sales and Marketing teams for effective operations

Required qualifications

• Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including complex flows and automation
• Solid experience with HubSpot in a marketing context, including managing the HubSpot-Salesforce sync
• Proven integration engineering experience using APIs, webhooks, and event streams
• Experience building agentic workflows in code, demonstrating a code-first mindset
• Strong change management practices with experience managing deployments in live systems
