GTM Systems Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Specialist to manage and improve their go-to-market systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of GTM systems, including evaluation, vendor management, and execution of system changes
• Ensure data quality, manage system access, and maintain tool fluency across the GTM stack
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to align systems with strategy and support team enablement and adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior GTM Systems role at a B2B SaaS company or consultancy
• Experience building and scaling GTM systems from scratch
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and familiarity with modern GTM tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo
• Strong understanding of data models, workflows, and automation architecture
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements
