Job Summary
Owning and operating the commercial technology stack, the full-time GTM Systems Lead will manage CRM administration, lifecycle configuration, and data integrity while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the CRM, including configuration and reporting structures for various sales pipelines
- Integrate and manage a modern GTM stack, ensuring clean data flow and documentation across systems
- Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy to support sales productivity
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, GTM Systems, or Commercial Operations
- Hands-on CRM administration experience and familiarity with sales automation systems
- Experience managing modern GTM stacks, including tools such as Clay
- Strong understanding of lifecycle modeling and pipeline management
- Experience building automation and routing logic to enhance sales team productivity
