Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Manager to join their Revenue team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement by identifying GTM process inefficiencies and implementing system adjustments
Establish and enforce data hygiene practices for Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Manage relationships and contracts with GTM technology vendors to ensure optimal tool utilization

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops with a focus on technical system configurations
Experience as a Salesforce Administrator with the ability to build complex Salesforce flows
Expertise in core GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and similar tools
Undergraduate degree in Business or STEM disciplines required; graduate degree is a plus
A strong desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team
