Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems & Performance Manager to enhance the efficiency of its revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain a comprehensive view of the GTM systems ecosystem
Identify tool redundancies and recommend consolidation strategies
Analyze workflows to identify friction points and ensure systems enable execution

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or Business Operations in a SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with GTM tech ecosystems, including Salesforce
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue performance
Strong partnership experience across Sales, Enablement, and RevOps teams
Proven ability to manage enterprise-level programs with multiple stakeholders
