GTM Systems Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing operations team, the full-time GTM Systems Manager will build and maintain Salesforce architecture, manage production support, and oversee HubSpot administration in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce flows, validation rules, and permission sets within existing architectural patterns
- Own production support by triaging outages, resolving automation issues, and maintaining LeanData routing accuracy
- Administer HubSpot campaign architecture and lead routing configuration while collaborating with the Senior Manager on CPQ configuration
Required qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or GTM systems
- Strong understanding of Salesforce admin fundamentals, including flows and change management
- Experience with AI-native tools for daily operations
- Ability to work within existing architectures without redesigning them
- Desire to progress from execution to architecture ownership over time
