GTM Systems Senior Associate
Job Summary
Driving the strategic vision and technical delivery of systems, the full-time salaried GTM Systems Senior Associate will enhance application adoption, leverage AI solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and support revenue strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategic vision and technical delivery of business systems to achieve departmental goals
- Drive application adoption through user coaching, training, and identifying usage gaps
- Translate business requirements into actionable documentation for technical development and user testing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in GTM Operations and System development or consulting, preferably in post-sales functions
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related ecosystems
- 2+ years of Gainsight or other Customer Success Platform experience is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology and its core concepts
- Demonstrated ability to lead sessions with stakeholders and internal teams effectively
